  • Looking for just the right person to be 1st Contact for our customers
  • Answering Phones, Booking Rooms, Computer Updates, Process Payments
  • Understand and implement revenue management, sales and service skills
  • Work independently and provide customer service within the Policies and Procedures
  • Working within a Policy & Procedures know when/how to be flexible in approach


  • Flexibility, dependability, reliability and accountability
  • Professionalism and understanding of this industry.
  • Confidence in dealing with the public, able to think and react quickly
  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Good computer skills able to learn new program
  • Will be trained on all 3 shifts, 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am with weekends mandatory and holiday. Will be scheduled on a variety of shifts
