Food Service General Manager

Description

  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Train staff in job duties, and sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Location – Be able to go around the stores in St. Thomas and London and various other locations
  • Wage – minimum
  • Part time and full time available

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in food service as a General Manager
