What You’ll Do:
- Engage with new and existing customers, offering smart home security, video surveillance, fire monitoring, and access control solutions.
- Generate sales leads and upsell current customers.
- Maintain existing accounts, driving retention through loyalty programs and strong customer relationships.
- Set and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Customize security solutions for clients, meeting their evolving needs.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to optimize sales strategies and hit performance goals.

Qualifications
Who You Are:
- 2+ years in sales, customer retention, or account management.
- Excellent communicator with a customer-first mindset.
- Highly organized, with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
