Service Advisor


• Greet all customers promptly or, if busy, acknowledge their presence
• Schedule appointments, answer phone and collect payment
• Effectively communicate with customers regarding services recommended and performed
• Examine service history for every customer to determine recommended maintenance and repair history
• Prepares work orders, obtain signature, transmit information to technicians
• Conducts customer follow-ups regarding unsold services
• Operate computerized work order systems
• Book exit appointments
• Pickup and delivery of customers
• Comply with company policies and health and safety program and regulations

This is a full-time position including working half days every other Saturday.


• High School diploma
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Basic math and keyboarding skills
• Possesses basic computer skills and is familiar with word processing programs
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Highly organized and have attention to detail
• Able to multi-task and work well under pressure
• Previous automotive experience an asset
