Pearce Williams Summer Camp is looking for qualified students to facilitate the World Camp Curriculum and Program for the upcoming summer. The World Camp program at Pearce Williams is a one of a kind program in Canada connecting campers and youth with poverty and equity issues from all around the world. Using replica structures and a fact-based curriculum, World Camp aims to educate and inspire campers and youth to change the world and end local and international poverty and food insecurity. Pearce Williams Summer Camp runs two camp programs – Residential Camp & Wilderness Camp. Camp sessions run from Sunday afternoon to Friday afternoon with most Saturday’s off. The World Camp programmer’s abilities should include strong leadership skills, a passion for world issues, experience working with children, and a love of the outdoors. The campers range from age 5 to 14.
Responsible to: Executive Director, Camp Director and Program Coordinator
Staff will provide a current criminal reference check and have relevant experience. Emergency First aid is required with at least CPR C.
