We offer workshop programming such as our Job Search Club, Interview Preparedness, and Job Fair Preparedness workshops, as well as 1 on 1 interview prep and mock interview sessions with your Employment Specialist or Job Developer.

We are happy to help our clients remove barriers to employment by offering funding for employment-related expenses such as work boots, interview clothing, clothes for on the job, Smart Serve and other certifications, and other employment supports.

Our Employment Specialist’s will be happy to help you decide if Better Jobs Ontario program is right for you, determine your eligibility, and help you complete your application.

We can provide financial support for Smart Serve, Food Handling, CPR & First Aid, Forklift, and Working at Heights certifications for registered clients.

Youth aged 17+ can apply for services if they are in their graduating year and are set to graduate high school. Students still in school can still receive some support such as drop-in Job Search Club workshops, and self-serve support in our resource centre.

We are not a staffing and recruitment agency; all of our services are free for Job Seekers and Employers. However, we do have connections with local employers and will recommend clients whose experience and career goals align with those employers.

Our clients can sign up for our job board portal which allows you to tailor your profile using skills, industries, and occupations you are interested in. Companies and specific job postings can also be followed to monitor for any updates.
