Term: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: Day shift: Monday – Friday 5:30 am to 2:00 pm
Schedule: Afternoon shift: Monday –  Thursday 2:00 pm to 12:30 am
Wage: $21.62/hour plus $1.00/hour afternoon shift premium
*Depending on relevant experience higher wages available

Job Description:

• Assist the maintenance team with equipment maintenance and repair tasks.
• Work alongside experienced millwrights and apprentices to develop practical skills.
• Learn about industrial equipment, tools, and maintenance procedures.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and instructions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with production line duties when required.
• May lead to apprentice based on performance and evaluation in future.

• No previous experience required; willingness to learn is essential.
• An interest in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude is an asset.
• Previous experience working with cars, machinery, equipment, or mechanical parts is an asset.
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
