• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
• Train staff in job duties, and sanitation, and safety procedures
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Prepare customer orders
• Clean store and work areas
• Prep food as required
• Process payments
• Excellent customer service and enjoy working with the customers
• Travel to various locations around St. Thomas and London and area
• Part time and full time positions available
• Wage – minimum

• Food Handling Certificate required but will assist in obtaining
• Positive attitude and friendly
• Willingness to learn
