Join Our Team as a ReStore Sales Associate!

Are you ready to be the welcoming face of Habitat for Humanity’s ReStore? We’re seeking dedicated individuals to fill the vital role of ReStore Sales Associate, where you’ll play an important part in our mission to provide affordable homeownership for hard-working families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create positive, professional interactions with customers and donors, in person and over the phone.
  • Assist customers in making purchasing decisions.
  • Upsell products to increase sales.
  • Maintain cleanliness, functionality, and presentation of the store to high standards.
  • Ensure products are displayed and merchandised effectively for maximum exposure and sales.
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately using our point-of-sale system.
  • Uphold donor experience guidelines with tact and professionalism.
  • Comply with policies and procedures to ensure safety, integrity, and ethical standards.
  • Starting wage – $18.00/hour

Your Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated professionalism and excellence in customer service.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Competency in assessing the condition of donated goods.
  • Proven success at maximizing profitability and meeting sales targets.
  • Passion for social impact with the drive to make a positive difference in the community and advance Habitat for Humanity’s mission.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate a forklift.
  • Availability to work Saturdays as scheduled.
  • Forklift Operator license or willingness to become certified.
