Description
- Works under the direction of the Kitchen Manager
- Ensure highest standard of food quality and plating specifications while cooking, grilling, and deep frying
- Setting up workstations with ingredients
- Preparing ingredients to use; including, but not limited to chopping, peeling, and cutting
- Ensure compliance of all Ontario Regulated Health and Safety Requirements
- Keeping stock of inventory and insuring product is rotated properly
- Wage: based on experience
- Position: Full-time and Part-time available
- Permanent
Qualifications
- Experience preferred but will train
- Must be able to work nights / weekends / holidays
