Wage:  $37,700/annually
Employment type: Full-time Temporary.
Hours: 40 hours/week
Schedule: 8-hour shifts
Terms: Contract length 12-21 months

• Receive calls, answer customer inquiries, set appointments
• Excellent phone manners and ability to deal with health professionals and patients.
• Data Entry
• Maintain the store to ensure a clean comfortable environment
• Assisting customers with frame and lens selection
• Responsible for promoting merchandise, products, services to customers
• Identify the needs of our customers and exceed their expectation at all time
• Provide exceptional service and care to exceed patient experience
