Hours: 25 hours/week
Schedule: 6 am to 11 am, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning and custodial duties to maintain a clean and safe facility
• Gather and dispose of trash and recycling
• Clean walls, ceilings, windows, mirrors, fixtures, and woodwork (using step and extension ladders as required)
• Properly prepare and mix cleaning solutions according to specifications
• Determine appropriate cleaning materials, tools, and equipment for assigned tasks
• Maintain cleaning records and inventories of cleaning and toiletry supplies
• Safely operate equipment such as a mechanical floor sweeper and motorized cardboard shredder
• Monitor facility conditions and report maintenance or safety concerns related to HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems
• Coordinate with internal teams or external vendors when repairs or services are required

• Ability to work independently and complete daily tasks thoroughly
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
• Pleasant, professional demeanor
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Well-organized and dependable

Physically able to:

• Lift up to 20 kg regularly
• Remain on your feet for extended periods
• Comfortable working in an active, hands-on environment
