Wage: PSW: $24.00/hour + $0.60/km travel compensation
Wage: CHW/DSW/HSW: $23.00/hour + $0.60/km travel compensation
Wage: NURSING: Based on experience and specialty

Employment Structure:

• Casual: Minimum 15 hours/week (up to 40 hours based on availability)
• Guaranteed Hours (Full-Time): 30–44 hours/week for candidates able to travel across a wider service area
• Every other weekend, availability is required for both options

Current Hiring Needs (UCP Roles):

• Woodstock: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (part-time)
• Tillsonburg (Split Shift): 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM & 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Oxford County (Split Shift): 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM & 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Nursing Responsibilities:

• Provide client care through assessment, observation, diagnosis, counseling, and health teaching
• Follow established care plans, ensuring emotional, physical, and spiritual needs are met
• Perform duties within the scope of practice for Licensed/Registered Practical Nurses
• Conduct routine and specialized nursing procedures (with proper training and competency)
• Monitor and document client conditions and report change appropriately
• Follow infection prevention and control practices
• Participate in ongoing education and training
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Support health and safety initiatives and report risks
• Maintain strict confidentiality of client and corporate information
• Complete additional tasks as required

PSW Responsibilities:

• Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Medication reminders
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and exercises
• Monitor and report changes in client condition

Eligible Candidates for PSW, UCP & Nursing Roles:

• Personal Support Worker (PSW)

• Accredited certification required
