We are currently looking for full time , licensed, experienced heavy equipment mechanics (421A) or licensed truck and coach mechanics (310T) or licensed agricultural mechanics (425A) to join our team at our NEW location (air conditioned and radiant floor heated shop) in St Thomas, Ontario. Your day will include planning, trouble shooting, repairing heavy equipment.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Skills:

Licensed Heavy Equipment Mechanic/Technician (421A) would be preferred or Licensed Truck & Coach Mechanic (310T) or Licensed Agricultural Equipment Mechanic (425A). Those without a license but with experience would be considered.
Valid Driver’s License
High Degree of Mechanical Aptitude – able to diagnose problems and identify fixes.
Ability to read and understand schematics and technical information.
Previous heavy equipment or farm equipment repair is an asset.
Familiarity with CAT SIS program is an asset.
Self starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
