Overview:

The Licensed Client Services Administrator is an integral member of Action Financial Group. From acting as a liaison between Head Office and the Team, to providing dedicated Advisor support and servicing clients, the Licensed Client Services Administrator ensures consistency, efficiency and maintains a positive experience for all.

Responsibilities:

  • Account opening/updates –Prepare documents for meetings, process account opening/update documents. File documents digitally. Maintain system to confirm new/updates are processed in a timely fashion.
  • Transaction Processing – buys, sells, switches, purchases, redemptions, EFTs, transfers (in/out) and transactions needed after client meetings. Maintain a reliable follow-up process.
  • Document interactions in CRM system
  • Fee Based Account Management and monthly fee processing
  • Support clients in use of iA Private Wealth Client Portal
  • Respond to client inquiries pertaining to statements, transactions, financial and non-financial changes
  • Contact and schedule clients for routine meetings
  • Other duties as assigned by manager

Qualifications

  • Must be licensed with CIRO (Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization) Formerly Canadian Securities Course
  • Experience in banking or previous Investing duties
  • Immediate opening / Flexible start date
