What You’ll do:

• Install and finish interior trim, doors, baseboards, casings, crown mouldings, and custom millwork
• Drywall + Painting
• Flooring
• Minor framing
• Complete high-end finishing carpentry work with precision and attention to detail
• Read and interpret plans and specifications
• Coordinate and manage daily tasks on-site
• Provide clear instructions and guidance to team members
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and fellow trades
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work independently with minimal supervision while ensuring projects stay on schedule

• 5–10 years of finishing carpentry experience
• Strong craftsmanship and attention to detail
• Experience with custom carpentry and millwork installations
• Lead Hand experience or strong leadership qualities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to provide clear direction and maintain positive working relationships
• Works well with others and contributes to a strong team environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability
