Summary:

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Millwright is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning, maintenance, and repair of specialized equipment used in cannabis extraction processes. This role also provides support to other sites as it pertains to cannabis extraction, and the Facilities department as needed

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on cannabis extraction equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Troubleshoot and address mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues specific to cannabis extraction processes
• Conduct preventative maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend the operational life of equipment
• Identify and address safety concerns promptly to maintain a safe working environment
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and inventory of spare parts
• Collaborate with other team members to address maintenance needs and support efficient production processes
• Assist in the installation of new cannabis extraction equipment and machinery
• Provide support to the Facilities department as assigned

Qualifications:

• Millwright (433A) and/or Electrical (442) experience required
• Previous experience in a cannabis extraction facility
• Familiarity with specific cannabis extraction equipment and processes
