Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in various residential settings. This role requires a strong commitment to providing excellent service and ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards.

Duties:

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Organize and declutter areas to enhance the overall appearance of the home.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning sessions.
• Manage time effectively to complete all assigned tasks within designated timeframes.
• Maintain a positive attitude while working independently or as part of a team in various environments.
• Follow safety protocols and use cleaning supplies responsibly to ensure a safe working environment.

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus for communication with diverse clients.
• Excellent customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients.
• Experience in residential cleaning preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail in executing cleaning tasks thoroughly and accurately.
