Willson Towing is a family-owned and operated towing company proudly serving Southwestern Ontario. We take pride in providing reliable, professional service to our customers and are looking for a motivated, dependable Tow Truck Operator to join our growing team.

Job Description:

• Respond to towing and roadside assistance calls in a professional and timely manner
• Safely operate a tow truck to assist customers with breakdowns, accidents, and vehicle transportation
• Load, secure, transport, and unload vehicles safely
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with customers
• Complete required paperwork and maintain accurate service records
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and help maintain equipment in good working condition
• Follow all applicable traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies

• Valid driver’s licence appropriate for the position and tow truck being operated
• Clean driving record
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities
• Must be available to work nights and weekends
• Previous towing or roadside assistance experience is an asset
• Willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are essential
