What to expect

We recognize not everyone is comfortable and confident meeting with an unknown person in a new environment, so to increase your comfort, here is a brief overview of what to expect in your first appointment with an Employment Specialist.

In Person:
Upon arrival, your Employment Specialist will be called and come to greet you to begin your meeting.
Accommodations are available for your individual needs.

Remote (phone or online):
Your Employment Specialist will call you to begin the conversation with you.
Your first meeting is an informal "Get to know each other" session to address:
* What brings you to our service and how can we help?
* Developing your path to getting where you want to go
* Identification verification, confirm your interest in services, and fill out forms
* At the end of this appointment we determine when we will book a follow up appointment and what our focus will be
