We are currently actively recruiting for the following roles:

• Client Service Professional (CSP): The welcoming face of the office. You will greet clients, manage appointments, handle multi-line phone systems, and ensure smooth client flow.

• Tax Professional (TP): The tax expert. You will conduct client interviews, prepare accurate tax returns, offer tax-saving suggestions, and provide excellent customer service.

• Client Service Leader (CSL): The team guide. You will coach associates, manage office operations, ensure targets are met, and partner with the District Manager to deliver top-tier client service.

H&R Block Tax Academy

Interested in becoming a Tax Professional but need the training?
The Tax Academy is a comprehensive course that teaches you how to prepare the majority of Canadian tax returns.

• Start Date: Classes start in September (with potential October dates).

• Time Commitment: 3 months part-time (6 online hours per week).
