Appliance Service Technician

Description

  • Diagnose and repair washing machines, dryers, fridges, stoves, dishwashers and microwaves.
  • Perform hardware and software troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Replace faulty components and perform necessary repairs to ensure proper functionality.
  • Conduct tests to verify the effectiveness of repairs and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, including parts used and work performed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Full time days Monday to Friday

  • St. Thomas and area

Qualifications

  • Valid Gas License and relevant certifications
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Valid Drivers License and a clean driving record
  • Basic hand tools and personal protective equipment required for the job
  • Additional Certifications or training related to appliance repair
