NEW TO WEST LORNE!

We are excited to open a new Tire & Auto Shop in rural West Lorne, Ontario! and are looking for a motivated, experienced Licensed 310S Automotive Technician.

• Permanent, Full-time days
• 8-hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Competitive $25.00-$30.00/hour, based on experience
• Plus overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Rural West Lorne, ON N0L 2P0: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
• Free onsite parking

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Diagnosis/Inspection of vehicles
• Technical repairs, ensuring excellent workmanship and quality
• Shop maintenance, ensuring workspace is clean and organized

Required:

• Licensed Mechanic with a minimum of 2 years experience,
• Strong diagnostic skills are required
• Ability to take direction and complete tasks assigned
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as a team as well as independently
• Physically capable of lifting and moving item 50lbs+
• Valid Driver’s license required

Education:

• AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (required)
• A/C Ozone Depletion Certification (preferred)
• Driver’s License (required)
