Job Description:
- Drive new client growth. Your main metric is simple — get more people into our online therapy clinic through strong partnerships and referral sources.
- Build lasting relationships with doctors’ offices, insurance providers, HR departments, and large organizations.
- Develop new referral channels and create systems to keep them thriving.
- Maintain and optimize our online presence (Psychology Today, therapy directories, etc.) so we stand out to potential clients.
- Report on results — track leads, referrals, and overall business growth.
- Collaborate with leadership to align strategies, test new outreach ideas, and scale what works.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in sales, partnerships, and business development (healthcare preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ontario-based with ability to travel locally for meetings/events.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- English (required)
