• Lead, supervise, and mentor AMEs, apprentices, and maintenance support personnel
• Exercise full authority over the maintenance control system in accordance with the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs)
• Coordinate maintenance support for seasonal aerial spray operations and remote sites
• Develop and manage the maintenance department budget
• Control maintenance costs without compromising safety or compliance
• Oversee inventory, tooling, ground support equipment, and approved vendors
• Assist with fleet planning, aircraft modifications, and major inspections

• Valid Transport Canada AME License with at least 3-5 years of experience in Aircraft Maintenance including Rotary wing operations
• Meets Transport Canada eligibility requirements for Director of Maintenance
• Experience maintaining Eurocopter/Airbus Helicopters, Bell helicopters, and/or Air Tractor aircraft is a strong asset
• Proven supervisory and leadership experience managing maintenance teams
• Strong working knowledge of Canadian Aviation Regulations
• Excellent organizational, communication, and decision‑making skills
• Ability to operate effectively in a seasonal, field‑intensive environment
• Eligible to work in Canada
