We’re looking for a highly skilled, dependable roofer who can confidently perform all aspects of residential and some flat roofs. If you’re a hardworking professional with excellent communication skills and a commitment to quality, we’d like to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and replace all types of roofing systems
• Perform tear-offs, re-roofing, and new roof installations
• Work with asphalt shingles, flat roofing, and other roofing systems
• Install flashing, and metals on roofs.
• Diagnose and repair leaks and roofing issues
• Read and follow project specifications and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Deliver high-quality workmanship on every project
• Work independently or collaborate effectively as part of a team
• Lead crews and mentor apprentices when required

• Minimum 15-20 years of roofing experience
• Proven ability to complete all phases of residential and commercial roofing
• Excellent communication skills with customers, coworkers, and management
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Leadership experience is considered an asset
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation must
• Working at Heights certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work comfortably at heights in varying weather conditions
