Wage:  $17.60/hour
Employment type: Permanent, Full-time
Hours: 30 to 40 hours/week
Terms: On location, Mount Brydges, ON

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate farm equipment such as tractors, trucks, and plows
• Assist with construction and property improvement projects
• Perform general lawn care and complete routine safety checks throughout the park
• Carry out general farm maintenance and repairs using hand and power tools
• Load and unload trailers and assist with deliveries
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, equipment, and storage facilities
• Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment at all times

• Ability to perform heavy lifting and safely operate farm equipment
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance tasks is an asset
• Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and record keeping
• Physical stamina to work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Willingness to complete required safety training or certifications related to farm operations
