Steelhead Food Co. is looking to add a team member to our busy fish processing team!

Job Description:

• Packing custom fish orders (fillets and whole fish)
• Using automated fish processing machinery (scalers, headers, filleting, pin-boners)
• Labelling, icing, and organizing finished product in preparation for distribution
• Full-time permanent position
• Starting wage $18/hour plus performance based wage increases

Qualifications:

• Prospective employees must be available to work weekend hours if needed
• Prospective employees must be eager to work, be able to stand on their feet for long periods of time and be able to take part in heavy lifting
• Prospective employees must be well organized and be able to “multi-task” and keep track of orders
• Attention to detail is a must for this position
• License/Certification Forklift, WHMIS, First Aid, Food Handlers training (preferred but not required)
