• Tent setup and takedown safely securing stakes, anchors and ropes
• Follow safety protocols to ensure stability and security of tent structures
• Delivery and retrieval of Rental Items such as tables, chairs and tableware
• Inspect rental items and communicate with clients on-site to confirm delivery and setup details
• Equipment handling and maintenance
• Operates tools and equipment such as stake pullers, mallets and ladders
• Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and marking tent locations
• Cleans and inspects tents, tables and other rental equipment
• Overtime opportunities are available during the busy season

• Able to lift and carry heavy items and perform physically demanding tasks mainly outdoors
• Punctual, reliable and able to work with a team in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and able to follow safety protocols for equipment and tent setup
• Willingness to work irregular hours including mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record preferred.
• Must be able to go to the London warehouse for every shift
• Grade 12 or equivalent preferred
