• Responsible for basic building repairs such as basic plumbing, carpentry, painting interiors and exteriors, plastering and other building renovations.
• Flooring repairs and able to lay interlocking flooring
• Abel to complete Kitchen refresh and bathroom upgrades
• Helps maintain cleanliness of facility and grounds
• Able to move and transport equipment, and move and install appliances
• Clean and restore recently vacated Coop units
• Other related duties as assigned
• 20 hour/week
• Wage to be determined

• Candidate must be bondable
• Current and valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (Pickup truck preferred)
• Must be physically fit
• Experience in maintenance with a variety of power and hand tools
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems
• Must be well organized with an aptitude for problem solving, attention to detail and excellent communication
• Able to identify and report major repairs and maintenance work with basic computer skills
• Maintains a friendly and customer service-oriented approach with co-workers and co-op members
