Our well established agency is currently seeking to fill the role of Insurance Account Representative. The successful candidate will be an energetic and motivated self-starter. Being a team player that is outgoing with a passion for exceptional customer service is also a must.

Responsibilities:

• Selling and servicing Auto, Fire and Living benefit products.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service to new as well as existing clients.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Engage with clients and create relationships.
• Work in a team environment to achieve the agency goals.
• Need to be able to quickly respond to client needs and recognize additional opportunities.
• And possess the ability to have fun while doing all of the above!

Requirements:

• High level of customer service.
• Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and listening.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proactive in problem solving.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to make presentations to potential customers.
• Property & Casualty license OTL (preferred/must be able to obtain).
• LLQP license (preferred/must be able to obtain).
