Job Description:

CREW LEADERSHIP:  Lead, train, and mentor junior climbers and ground personnel to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality job execution.

TECHNICAL CLIMBING: Perform advanced pruning, thinning, and deadwood removal using modern climbing systems (SRT/DdRT) at varying heights and complexities.

TREE REMOVAL & RIGGING: Execute tree removals and trimming, operate spider lifts, and coordinate crane removals when required.

SITE MANAGEMENT & SAFETY: Maintain safe, organized, and regulation-compliant job sites, enforcing industry required practices and safety standards.

CLIENT COMMUNICATION: Serve as the primary on-site client liaison, providing clear updates, managing expectations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
