Maximum Diesel (Ontario) Inc. is a fast-growing, family run diesel repair facility specializing in fleet maintenance, hydraulics, diagnostics, custom fabrication, and mobile onsite repairs. We are committed to top-tier service and quality repairs, with a focus on reliability, safety, and customer satisfaction.

We are looking to add a motivated Level 1–2 Diesel Technician Apprentice to our growing team. We are seeking someone who is dependable, mechanically inclined, and eager to continue building a long-term career in the heavy equipment and diesel industry.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on diesel trucks, heavy equipment, agricultural equipment, and hydraulic systems
• Assist with engine, drivetrain, brake, suspension, electrical, and hydraulic diagnostics
• Conduct inspections and complete repair documentation
• Support senior technicians with diagnostics and repairs
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Participate in on-site when required and in-shop service work

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Registered or eligible Level 1–2 Diesel Technician Apprentice
• Mechanical experience with diesel engines and heavy equipment preferred
• Basic understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Valid driver’s license
• Must have own tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Assets:

• Experience with agricultural or construction equipment
• Welding or fabrication experience
• Diagnostic software experience
• DZ license considered an asset
