Line Cook
Description
- Prepare, season, and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station, practicing good safety and sanitation
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
- Rural location, transportation required
- Schedule: up to 40 hours/week, shifts will vary
- Full time and part time positions
- Must be available evenings and weekends
- Wage: Commensurate with experience level
Qualifications
- Attention to detail
- Works well as a team and under pressure
- Grade 12 preferred
- Safe Food Handling certification required
- Must have experience cooking Canadian dishes
- Must be available evenings and weekends
