Line Cook

Description

  • Prepare, season, and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required
  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications
  • Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Clean and maintain station, practicing good safety and sanitation
  • Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
  • Rural location, transportation required
  • Schedule: up to 40 hours/week, shifts will vary
  • Full time and part time positions
  • Must be available evenings and weekends
  • Wage: Commensurate with experience level

Qualifications

  • Attention to detail
  • Works well as a team and under pressure
  • Grade 12 preferred
  • Safe Food Handling certification required
  • Must have experience cooking Canadian dishes
  • Must be available evenings and weekends
