Office Assistant (part time seasonal)

Description

The Lakewood RV Resort Office Assistant is responsible for supporting the Campground Manager with office duties.

  • Part-time seasonal weekend (Sat & Sun) work, approximately 15 hours/weekend
  • Ensure that Camper paperwork is complete and properly archived
  • Ensure that Camper reservations and payment is properly recorded and collected
  • Appropriately respond to general Park communication, via email, voicemail, phone calls etc.
  • In conjunction with the Park Manager, book and support Park tours as required
  • Properly record and report any Camper feedback to the Park Manager
  • Assist the Park Manager with ad hoc grounds keeping duties (such as gardening, facility cleaning etc.) as required
  • Open to mature, reliable college or high-school students
