We are looking for a Paint Prep Operator to join our production team in Glencoe, ON. This individual will prepare parts for painting on the automated blast/paint line, unload paint carriers, and prepare painted parts for shipping to our Thamesville, ON facility. The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

• Prepare and stage production parts on automated blast and paint line hooks to ensure a consistent and efficient production flow.
• Transport materials and finished parts to designated areas within the facility to support shipping and delivery timelines.
• Follow paint and production schedules, meet established deadlines, and communicate effectively with the production team to align daily priorities.
• Safely handle all materials using proper lifting techniques and appropriate equipment to prevent injury or product damage.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment in accordance with safety, environmental, and housekeeping standards.
• Complete all required documentation accurately and ensure administrative procedures are followed.

• Is physically capable of performing repetitive tasks and working in a shop environment
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
• Able to understand our production scheduling process
• Physically fit and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• A good memory and strong attention to detail
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• A minimum of one-year forklift operating experience is a requirement
• Reliable transportation to rural Glencoe
