Raw for Pets Canada is a rapidly growing Pet Health & Wellness Centre dedicated to helping pets live healthier, happier lives through natural nutrition, education, and exceptional customer service.

As we continue to expand, we’re looking for 1–2 exceptional team members who are passionate about animals, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and aren’t afraid of hard work.

This is not a position where you’ll perform the same task every day. We’re looking for versatile individuals who are excited to learn every aspect of our business—from helping customers in our retail store to assist in production, deliveries, packaging, shipping, inventory, cleaning, and everything in between.

Position Overview:

This is a multi-role position that requires flexibility and a willingness to jump in wherever needed. Every member of our team plays an important role in the success of the business, and no task is considered beneath anyone.

At Raw for Pets Canada, every day is different. You may spend part of your morning assisting customers, package online orders before lunch, prepare raw food in the afternoon, complete a delivery route, and finish the day helping clean and organize the production area. Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing exceptional customer service and product guidance.
• Greeting customers and assisting them with purchases.
• Packaging raw pet food, treats, and supplements.
• Picking, packing, and shipping online orders.
• Receiving, stocking, rotating, and organizing inventory.
• Assisting with food production and preparation.
• Working safely with raw meat, bones, organs, and other animal products.
• Completing scheduled local delivery routes while providing friendly and professional customer service.
• Safely loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
• Preparing delivery routes and maintaining company vehicles.
• Cleaning and sanitizing retail, production, warehouse, freezer, cooler, and storage areas.
• Helping prepare for and attend pet expos, trade shows, and community events.
• Using computer systems to process orders and manage inventory (Shopify experience is considered a strong asset).
• Performing general warehouse, retail, and production duties.
• Completing other duties assigned by management to support the ongoing needs and growth of the business.

Physical Requirements

Applicants must be able to:

• Frequently lift and carry 50 lbs.
• Stand, bend, lift, push, pull, and remain active throughout the workday.
• Work comfortably in refrigerated and freezer environments when required.

Requirements

• Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable driving company vehicles for local deliveries.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be fluent in spoken and written English.
• Legally entitled to work in Canada.
