We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Jewellery Store Associate to join our team and provide an outstanding shopping experience.

Job Description:

As a Jewellery Store Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, assisting clients in selecting and purchasing jewellery, and maintaining the store’s beautiful presentation.

You’ll work closely with customers to understand their needs and help them choose pieces that celebrate life’s special moments.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers, providing personalized service and building a welcoming environment
• Assist customers in selecting jewellery by sharing knowledge of materials, styles, and product details
• Handle transactions, including processing payments and managing returns or exchanges
• Educate customers on proper care and maintenance of jewellery items
• Maintain and organize the display cases, ensuring all items are presented beautifully
• Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in stock management
• Keep up-to-date on product knowledge, including new arrivals, trends, and designers
• Support store operations by following policies, procedures, and safety protocols
• Doing small repairs, watch repairs and changing watch batteries

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
• Jewellery experience is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and passion for jewellery and fashion
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with POS systems a plus
• Professional, trustworthy, and reliable
