Hours:  Not a Monday to Friday job, many events occur at night and on the weekends.
Schedule: Is dependent on bookings and during busy times, you could be asked to work more days/hours. There is an opportunity to pick up more hours in other departments (kitchen prep, dish pit, etc).
Term:  Seasonal with immediate start through January 31, 2027
Possibility of permanent employment for great candidate
Wage:  To be discussed, dependent on experience

Job Description:

Are you looking for extra income and a flexible schedule this season? Join our catering team to help execute high-energy events and holiday gatherings! We are seeking a dependable, friendly team member to assist with event setup, food service, teardown and cleanup.

What You’ll Do (including but not limited to):

• Event Prep & Setup: Transport food and set up buffet lines according to event layouts.
• Food & Beverage Service: Serve and manage buffet lines, pass hors d’oeuvres, and maintain clean dining areas.
• Teardown & Cleanup: Clear tables, pack up equipment, and ensure event venues are left clean and organized.

• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work all shifts: days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Reliable transportation to and from our headquarters and event venues.
• Must be over 25 and have a valid driver’s license and clean abstract for insurance purposes.
• Prior food service, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right candidate!
