Responsibilities:

• Safe and efficient operation of tractors, loaders, or salt trucks during snow and ice events.
• Timely completion of snow clearing and salting to meet client expectations.
• Performing basic pre- and post-operation inspections of assigned equipment.
• Following company safety policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous equipment operating experience (preferred, but training provided).
• A valid Ontario driver’s license and reliable transportation to our yard.
• Ability to work on-call, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety.
• Thomas, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required).

Experience:

• Tractor operating: 1 year (preferred)
• Salt truck: 1 year (preferred)
• Loader: 1 year (preferred)
• Snow removal: 2 years (required)
