Wage:  $19 to $22/hour
Employment type: Permanent, Full-time
Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
Terms: Base plus performance bonuses

Job Responsibilities:

  • Accurately measure and cut fabric according to patterns and production specifications using manual and robotic cutting tools.
  • Sort, gather, and assemble all components for our pet products, including cut fabric, thread, webbing, and hardware, into organized kits for the sewing team.
  • Ensure a smooth and steady workflow by supplying the sewing department with prepared materials in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, including proper care of cutting tables and equipment.
  • Assist with various auxiliary tasks around the factory, including packaging goods, printing, and inventory management.
