Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Tractor Grader Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in operating tractors with box scraper attachments, capable of grading sites and performing driveway dig-outs efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities:

• Operate tractors with box scraper attachments
• Grade and level sites for asphalt
• Perform driveway dig-outs and site preparation
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards
• Work effectively within a team environment
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently and think proactively on site

• Proven experience operating tractors, box scrapers, and equipment used in asphalt and site preparation work
• Strong background in fine grading and surface preparation
• Valid Class AZ driver’s license considered an asset, with a clean driving abstract
• Must meet company driving and insurance eligibility requirements
• Dependable, hardworking, and committed to maintaining a safe work environment
• Flexible and willing to work extended hours and occasional Saturdays as required
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Physically fit and capable of performing a wide range of manual and equipment-related tasks
