Looking for people who are highly motivated, work well on a team, and are organized with good time management skills and a positive attitude. You must possess good communication skills and follow direction easily. This is a seasonal business and most positions require you to have an open, available schedule, especially on long weekends. We are hiring for all positions.
ALL Kitchen Positions:
-Fryer/Grill Cook: Prior experience is required. Food handler’s certification is recommended.
-Morning Prep Cook, Ovens Cook & Salad/Dessert Cook: Prior experience not necessary. Food handler’s certification is recommended.
Server: Prior serving experience required. Full and part-time positions available although preference will be given to those available full time, any hours. Smart Serve Certification is required.
Host: You are responsible for greeting and seating our customers, handling reservations, running the wait list, and answering the phone. You will be required to clear and sanitize all tables, and to help run food. You need to be organized, quick on your feet, and able to handle stressful situations. Smart Serve Certification is recommended.
Busser:You are responsible for keeping the restaurant clean and sanitized. You will help with clearing tables, sanitizing all tables and chairs, carrying buss bins, doing regular washroom checks, and stocking items for the servers and bartenders.
Dishwasher: You are responsible for washing and putting away dishes. As a dishwasher you need to be able to handle a busy and chaotic area. Being organized is one of the most important aspects. Prior experience not necessary.
Security: Experienced, licensed, part-time weekend security staff to ensure a safe and secure environment for our patrons and staff. Day and Night shift available.
Cleaner/Maintenance: This morning job is a self-directed position with general duties that include cleaning the washrooms, setting up the chairs, maintaining the volleyball courts, being in charge of the general cleanliness of the restaurant, and other general maintenance.
