The Town of Aylmer is seeking candidates to fill the position of Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk.  The contract will run for approximately 14 months and consists of 35 hours weekly.

We are looking for a results-oriented individual with a sound accounting background. Reporting to the Treasurer, the Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk is an integral part of the Finance Department. Accounts Payable functions include inputting vendor invoices into the Town’s accounting system and issuing cheques for same.  Accounts Receivable functions include invoicing customers for general receivables, assisting with tax roll maintenance and data entry.
